Room 12: Wednesday 29th April

Today Esme got stuck on lego until 1.30pm. She made an epic house and these are her words below describing it.

"I made a 4 storey lego house. It looks nice and it has lots of storeys. Downstairs has a table and a dog bed and a desk, there is also a front door and a back door. You go up the stairs and you see the bedroom, the boat bed in the bedroom, a desk where you work, a couch and a table with flowers in a vase on it. Then you have to fly up to the kitchen (because there are no stairs) and its also pitch black up there because we put no lights or windows up there. The kitchen doesn't have a fridge or microwave but it has a table and some drawers and another table. To get to the next level you have to climb a ladder and this is the last level. Did you know we put an attic joined to a garden and garden joined to an attic. The garden is on top of the house. If you go up to the last level you see a table with food on it, some trees and some nice flowers. If you go into the attic you see some old stuff, a couch and a lantern".

What do you like the most about your lego house Esme?

"I like the garden attached to the roof on the tippy top of the house. The very last level".

Isla has been busy writing me a lovely letter, creating a great acrostic poem and listing all the different types of water she knows...
