Amara been making all sorts of activities for her sisters / us to do today – there was a massage / salon / food stall outside and something inside which I missed a minute ago. She did the 15minute count on our street but it was very quiet today.
She worked hard and independently on the Kingfisher poem and questions and seemed to enjoy that. She found a cool colouring page and she enjoyed colouring that in yesterday. She is trying to remember that kingfisher is kotare in Māori.
Amara has also been enjoying the beautiful weather and playing outside with her sisters.
Here’s what Hugh has been up to...Hugh loves drawing tanks so honouring the Anzac's was a perfect opportunity to test out his skills.
Hugh had a go at writing a haiku - I think it’s clear to see he is missing his friends and school.
