Room 12 Term 2 Day 2

Hugh decided to do some baking yesterday as they’d run out of bread. He made some Irish soda bread. It’s really easy and most of the ingredients people will have at home. He didn’t have buttermilk but he found a tip - if you add vinegar to milk it works just as well!

It looks delicious and by the smile on your face I would say it tastes pretty good too!!!

Isla and her mum this morning... they did the 'how close to 100 game' and got up to 100.
